Connect Family Medicine is a virtual direct primary care practice for families across Missouri. One flat monthly membership, same-day access, and a physician who knows your name, with no waiting rooms and no insurance in the middle. Prefer not to join a membership? A single video visit will also be available for one-time concerns.

Same-day and next-day visits
Message in the morning, talk to your physician the same day, by video, phone, or text.
Unlimited direct messaging
Text your doctor a photo of the rash or the swollen ankle. Answers come from the person who knows your history.
Whole-family primary care, virtually
Sick visits, chronic conditions, weight management, mental health, women's health, and refills, for everyone in the household who can be cared for safely online.
Adult
$65 /month
Ages 18 and older.

$25 /month
Under 18, enrolled with a parent.

Family
Household maximum
$185 /month
For adults and their children under 18 living in the same household.
You pay $65 per adult and $25 per child, up to $185 per month.
Single visit
$50 /visit
No membership required.
One video visit for a one-time concern. Membership adds ongoing care and messaging between visits.

Know what your membership covers
Membership covers the virtual care described above. It is not health insurance and does not replace emergency or necessary in-person care. We recommend keeping health insurance for hospital, specialist, and emergency care.
Labs, imaging, and prescriptions are billed separately by the lab, imaging center, or pharmacy. Discounted cash prices for many labs and imaging studies may be available.
Membership fees may be eligible for payment from a health savings account (HSA). Check with your HSA administrator.
We are unable to accept persons with Medicare at this time.
